Who Said That?

This one will not excite Planned Parenthood. Feel free to use and post anywhere.

I do not doubt that she said this, but do you have a source for the “Who Said It?”” post? I think it is important to have these posted in case anyone questions the quote. Thanks.

This was intended for the post referring to immigrants and indigents as “reckless breeders” etc.

Bri, what an astute reply! Kudos!

We all know that in NINETEEN FIFTY TWO abortions generally really were dangerous to a woman’s health and might leave her sterile and unable to have a baby when she wanted one. Thanks to modern medicine, this is no longer true. It is a shame that the so-called “pro-life” people would even think of using this outdated argument to oppose abortion.

And, way back in the dark ages of NINETEEN FIFTY TWO, abortions generally really did kill the life of a baby after it had begun. Now… Uh oh. This isn’t looking so astute anymore, Bri.

Why don’t you try being honest? Let’s take a page from the pro-capital punishment lobby. They don’t try to deny that they are taking a life. In fact, they are proud of it, if a bit sorry that things have come to a point where it is, in there book, necessary. They would say this: Yes, it is taking a life. The person deserves to die and while we regret it, we gladly carry it out in the belief that it makes the world a better place.

Here is what you could say: Yes, it is taking a life. The life has done nothing to deserve to die, but it is in the way and we don’t want it. While we regret the poverty and other circumstances that have brought things to this point, we gladly carry it out in the belief that it make the world a better place.
