The next National Pro-Life T-Shirt Day is Sunday, January 22, 2023
National Pro-Life T-Shirt Day takes place three times a year and is a day for those who care about the unborn to make their convictions known in yet another way.
Priests for Life Youth Director Bryan Kemper started the day in 1993 as a way to encourage pro-life youth.
“The media, the entertainment industry and now even the government work hard to silence the pro-life message,” Bryan said. “One of the ways we can ensure that our message gets out is to wear it on a t-shirt. I wear pro-life t-shirts just about every day and they never fail to start conversations.”
Those who don pro-life shirts are urged to share photos of themselves on social media to help spread recognition of this unique effort on behalf of the unborn. Use the hashtags #prolife and #prolifetshirtday
Father Frank Pavone, National Director of Priests for Life, said pro-life shirts help people who care about the unborn to recognize and connect with each other.
“When we express our pro-life convictions, we not only inform and encourage others, but we strengthen those convictions within ourselves,” Father Pavone said. “T-shirts with a pro-life, pro-baby, pro-woman, pro-family message, moreover, can actually save lives. I look forward to hearing many inspiring stories about how Pro-life T-Shirt Day did exactly that!”
